This notice explains how Orbit Growth Media (“Orbit”, “we”) treats personal information connected with orbitgrowthmedia.com.
What reaches us
- Your enquiry. Whatever you type into our enquiry form or put in an email to us: normally your name, work email, agency, the line of insurance you work in and your message.
- Visit logs. Our web host automatically keeps server logs of each visit, covering items like your IP address, browser, device, the pages you opened and the site that referred you.
- Cookies. This site places none for advertising or analytics.
Why we use it
Enquiry details let us answer you and talk through a possible campaign. Visit logs let us operate the site, keep it secure and stop misuse. Updates go out only to people who request them, and every update can be cancelled. Some records are kept because the law requires them.
Who else sees it
Personal information is never sold or rented. The only recipients are the vendors that run our hosting, form processing and email, advisers such as accountants or lawyers when we need them, and authorities where a legal obligation applies.
Outside services on the site
Our fonts come from Google Fonts, and our enquiry form runs on Web3Forms. Both see limited technical details, such as your IP address, governed by their own privacy terms.
How long we hold it
Enquiries are held only while they are useful for replying and for normal record-keeping, then removed.
Requests you can make
- A copy of the personal information we hold on you.
- Correction or removal of that information.
- An end to any updates you opted into.
- Any other privacy right your state’s law gives you.

Security
We protect what you send with sensible safeguards. Even so, nothing sent or stored over the internet can be made perfectly secure.
Children
Orbit works with businesses only. The site is not meant for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly take in their information.
